The role

At Grupo IMAN, a business group specializing in human resources solutions and people management, we continue to grow and want to hire a Labor Conflict Technician for our Outsourcing division.

What will you do as a Labor Conflict Technician in Barcelona?

What you'll do

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Directorate, providing support in the management of labor relations, with special attention to the disciplinary management of employees.

Manage the processing of warnings, reprimands, and disciplinary sanctions, in accordance with labor regulations and applicable collective agreements.

Analyze labor incidents and non-compliance, gather evidence, and prepare the necessary documentation for the preparation of disciplinary files.

Advise HR and Operations on the application of disciplinary measures and the correct management of conflict situations with employees.

Prepare documentation and gather evidence for trials, labor inspections, and conciliation procedures (CMAC).

Provide legal support in labor conflicts and collaborate in negotiations with workers, unions, and works councils.

Interpret and apply collective agreements and current labor regulations across the various outsourcing services.

Ensure the correct organization and availability of labor documentation in the face of possible inspections or legal proceedings.

Collaborate in the implementation of new services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements regarding labor matters.

Minimum requirements

Valuable: Knowledge of HR SAP.
