The role
A third-sector entity located in Barcelona, with an extensive track record in supporting people with disabilities and/or mental health issues, is looking to hire a person to take responsibility for the Insertion and Employment area.
The objective of this position is to consolidate and develop services linked to socio-labor integration, guaranteeing technical quality, team coordination, and the sustainability of the area.
Mission
Lead and coordinate labor insertion and employment services, ensuring correct operational functioning, the technical quality of programs, and alignment with the entity's strategic objectives.
What you'll do
Coordination and support of the technical team.
Supervision of labor insertion programs.
Management and monitoring of subsidized projects.
Participation in the implementation of new services.
Relationship with public administrations and collaborating entities.
Monitoring of indicators and continuous process improvement.
