• Experience in agricultural machinery, industrial machinery, or industrial vehicles.
• Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, automotive, or similar.
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity/electronics, and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagrams.
• Customer orientation and good communication skills.
• An organized, decisive person oriented toward problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with the workshop.
• Driving license B

• Reception and customer service in after-sales and the workshop.
• Identification of machinery repair and maintenance needs.
• Preparation and follow-up of quotes and work orders.
• Coordination and follow-up of the workshop team's work.
• Management of repairs from the entry to the delivery of the machinery.
• Management of warranties, incidents, and technical claims.
• Technical advice to the customer regarding maintenance and repairs.
• Management and follow-up of necessary spare parts.
• Communication and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Control of deadlines, costs, and quality of repairs.
• Continuous information to the customer regarding the status of the work.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the after-sales service

At Grupo IMAN, we are looking for an After-sales Technician / Workshop Advisor to work in Écija (Seville), with experience in agricultural and industrial machinery for a major leading company in the sector, with more than 15 branches in Spain.

We are looking for a person with a technical profile, customer orientation, and the ability to coordinate and follow up on the repair and maintenance needs of our machinery, acting as a link between the customer, the workshop, and the technical team.
