What you'll get

Type of contract: Permanent.

Working Day and Shifts: Full-time from 8:30 to 13:30h and 15:30 to 20:00h (rotating within that range to complete 8h). The implementation of a continuous shift from 8:00h to 16:00h is under study.

The role

What you'll do

Greet the customer and perform active reception by confirming the scheduled appointment.

Interview the customer at reception, performing diagnostic listening to understand the vehicle's symptoms.

Execute the visual inspection (Walk-around) of the vehicle alongside the customer to detect any possible previous damage.

Open and process the Repair Order (RO), formalizing the signed authorization for the works.

Plan the workshop workload by distributing tasks according to mechanical specialty and urgency.

Prepare repair estimates and manage the consultative sale of additional products such as tires or glass.

Monitor delivery times and verify the correct execution of the estimated works.

Explain the invoice transparently to the customer and perform the final delivery of the vehicle.

Process official warranties with the brand and perform post-service follow-up to evaluate satisfaction (NPS).

Update and maintain the customer database and technical vehicle history.

Requirements

Training: Vocational Training (FP) or a related degree in Customer Service, Administration, Marketing, or a technical field is valued.

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in the same position within the automotive sector.

Specific knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, consultative selling skills, and proficiency in customer service tools.

Preferable residence in Jaén capital.
