Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical Architect, Building Engineering, or similar.
Minimum demonstrable experience of 1 - 2 years in top-tier construction/development companies.

The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the after-sales service for the assigned project(s):

Preparation/supervision of the list of snags detected by clients.
Management of incidents and coordination of the necessary teams for their resolution.
Verification of the rectification of works.
Management of sign-offs.
Preparation of reports.
