Teleoperator

We offer:

1. Temporary contract.
2. On-site schedule from 09:00 to 15:00.
3. Salary: 9.71 €/gross.

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal skills and people skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools: Basic knowledge of management software.

In this position, you will be a key piece in the marketing and advertising department for an important company in the Alfaro area and surroundings.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Answering customer calls to resolve inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
2. Creating and updating databases of potential and existing customers.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve common objectives.
4. Monitoring and reporting on activities performed and results obtained.
5. Maintaining a proactive and positive attitude during interactions with customers.
