From Iman Temporing Rubí, we are looking for TELEMARKETERS for an important telecommunications company located in Sant Cugat.

If you are a proactive, communicative person who wants to be part of a stable project, and you are also motivated by the commercial world and dealing with customers, this is your opportunity!

• Make calls to potential customers who have previously requested information.
• Detect the customer's interest and guide them through the initial process.
• Collect relevant data and request the necessary basic documentation.
• Refer cases to the specialized team to continue the process.

• Experience in telephone customer service, call center, or sales is valued (not essential).
• Proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented profile.
• Availability to work the shifts indicated.
• Mastery of Spanish (native or bilingual level).

• Mastery of Catalan is highly valued.

• 6-hour workday in different shifts to choose from: Monday to Friday: between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Salary: €9.72 gross/hour

• Realizar llamadas a potenciales clientes que han solicitado información previamente.
• Detectar el interés del cliente y acompañarlo en el proceso inicial.
• Recoger datos relevantes y solicitar la documentación básica necesaria.
• Derivar los casos al equipo especializado para continuar la gestión.

• Valorable experiencia en atención telefónica, call center o ventas (no imprescindible).
• Perfil proactivo, dinámico y orientado a objetivos.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en los turnos indicados
• Dominio del castellano (nivel nativo o bilingüe)

• Se valora muy positivamente dominio del catalán

• Jornada de 6 horas en distintos turnos a escoger: De lunes a viernes: entre las 10h y las 20h
• Salario: 9.72€ b/h
