Participate in the implementation of advanced technological solutions in industrial environments, ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and evolution of OT systems, and providing high-level technical support to internal clients.

Execute and document end-to-end OT system implementations, coordinating with internal clients and suppliers to meet agreed schedules.
Administer and maintain coding, labeling, machine vision, and Smart Automation systems.
Provide technical support to internal clients, escalating incidents to the external supplier when necessary.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, either directly or through external suppliers.
Ensure that automation projects meet the standardization and technological integration requirements of Importaco's factories.
Keep the inventory of hardware and licenses deployed at the production centers up to date.
Check the receipt of industrial material related to projects, manage its entry into SAP, and coordinate its secure storage until assembly and commissioning.

We are looking for an OT Systems Project Technician.
Degree in Computer Science (IT), Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics.
For other engineering degrees, a Master's in Industrial Computing or Automation (OT) will be valued.
Functional knowledge of industrial, technical, and quality processes.
GS1/AECOC coding standards.
Specific knowledge in machine vision, automatic scanners, PLC and HMI programming, OPC-UA protocol, COLOS labeling systems, and Ignition SCADA systems.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, network segmentation, and industrial cybersecurity.
Knowledge of traceability marking systems and devices: laser, thermal transfer ribbon, high resolution, inkjet, and automatic applicators.
