Systems Technician

• Higher vocational training cycle or Engineering in the computer science area or a related field.
• English required at "First Certificate" level or similar.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in Infrastructure Administration.
  • Administration of Windows Server environments and virtualization infrastructures (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies).
  • Knowledge of storage and concepts associated with IT infrastructures.
  • Experience in monitoring, preventive maintenance, and technical systems support.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical infrastructure incidents.
  • Knowledge of Linux environments, Active Directory, networks, and communications (switching, routing, connectivity...)
• Driver's license and availability for occasional travel through Navarra and Aragón.

You will join our IT Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Service Management and Governance department as a Systems Technician, a highly specialized team in system infrastructure solutions, virtualization, on-premises and/or Cloud based on solutions from the main leading manufacturers in the market.

We execute managed Infrastructure services for large national and international clients. Additionally, we carry out projects with cutting-edge technology and extraordinary impact.

Your main duties will be:

• Administer and maintain system environments based on Windows Server and Linux, guaranteeing the availability, stability, and performance of the infrastructure.
• Manage and resolve technical incidents, providing second-level support and ensuring a rapid response to client needs.
• Participate in the administration, monitoring, and evolution of virtualization and storage environments, collaborating cross-functionally with different technical teams.
• Execute preventive maintenance and monitoring tasks to anticipate possible incidents and optimize system operation.
• Perform occasional interventions at client facilities in the Navarra and Aragón areas, offering technical support and close accompaniment.
• Work in a coordinated manner with the regional technical team, providing initiative, analytical capacity, and an orientation toward continuous service improvement.
