Higher degree or university training, preferably in a technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in B2B software products.

Ability to work with clients, business, and technology.

Experience working with engineering and SW development teams.

Functional knowledge in the field of cybersecurity (SOC operations, SIEM, alert automation...) is highly valued.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition and evolution of cybersecurity software solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and automation. The person will act as a link between business, clients, and engineering teams, identifying common needs among different clients and transforming them into scalable, reusable products capable of adapting to specific requirements.

They will work closely with cybersecurity experts, architects, and development teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure that the solutions provide real value to enterprise environment clients.

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative cybersecurity products, with a particular focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Define the product vision, translating B2B market needs and technological opportunities into detailed requirements for the development teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Perform exhaustive market analysis, including competition, technological trends, and client needs, to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch and subsequent iteration.
• Act as the main point of contact for product stakeholders, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and decisions.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and guide future decisions.
• Participate actively in the definition of product architecture and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and scalability objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
• Ensure that products comply with the highest standards of security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
