What we're looking for

More than 2 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
High level of SQL and experience in customer segmentation.
Solid experience or knowledge in Salesforce (CRM).
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
Availability to attend the office in Barcelona in person 2-3 days a week and a good level of English.

We want to hire a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in SQL, BI & Customer Analytics to join our Data, AI & Robots projects.

What you'll do

- Perform customer segmentation for commercial and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze data and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making.
- Manage and optimize CRM campaigns and multichannel actions.
- Collaborate with business and marketing teams to transform data into value-driven actions.
