Requirements
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Automation with Power Automate or other tools.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced level of Excel.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- 3-month contract via ETT + probable permanent incorporation by the company.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (1h lunch break).
- Salary between €19,000 – €23,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience provided)
The role
We are looking for a Process and Operational Improvement Consultant to analyze the current working methods of a project, document operational flows, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in the implementation of solutions based on data, Excel, Power BI, and AI for a company in the commercial outsourcing and operational management services sector.
The selected person will work transversally with the necessary teams and departments, providing an analytical and structured vision that allows for the optimization of efficiency, quality, and the traceability of internal processes.
What you'll do
- Process analysis and detection of inefficiencies.
- Operational documentation: process maps, procedures, and standards.
- Data analysis for decision-making.
- Creation of dashboards in Power BI and data models.
- Use of AI applied to processes for automation and continuous improvement.
- Proposal of improvements and support during their implementation.
- KPI reporting and project monitoring.
