Requirements
What we're looking for
✅ Higher degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant engineering.
✅ Experience in assurance, validation, and governance of AI systems (ML, DL, and GenAI).
✅ Deep knowledge of Trustworthy AI principles: robustness, security, explainability, transparency, privacy, governance, bias mitigation, and human oversight.
✅ Experience in AI risk management: risk identification, definition of controls, verification and validation evidence, and requirements traceability.
✅ Experience in model evaluation and validation using robustness metrics, generalization analysis, stress testing, edge case evaluation, and dataset validation.
✅ Knowledge of Explainable AI (XAI) techniques such as SHAP, LIME, Grad-CAM, feature attribution, counterfactuals, and sensitivity analysis.
✅ Experience preparing assurance documentation: Model Cards, Datasheets for Datasets, System Cards, and decision logs.
✅ Ability to define internal AI Assurance frameworks.
✅ Experience with evaluation, observability, and monitoring tools such as Evidently, WhyLabs, Deepchecks, MLflow, or similar.
✅ Proficiency in Python for model analysis, evaluation, and validation.
✅ Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
✅ Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, data pipelines, reproducibility, and versioning of models and data.
✅ Ability to analyze complete AI pipelines from data to deployment.
✅ Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
✅ Ability to communicate technical results to business, engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance audiences.

💻 Join our Air Traffic Management (ATM) project team!
Our ATM (Air Traffic Management) unit develops critical technologies that enable safer, more efficient, and more sustainable air traffic management. You will participate in the evolution of artificial intelligence-based solutions applied to a highly regulated and mission-critical environment, where trust, safety, and traceability are fundamental elements.
What you'll do
- Lead AI Assurance and Trustworthy AI activities in air traffic management projects.
- Define and apply governance frameworks, validation, and assurance for AI systems (ML, DL, and GenAI).
- Evaluate robustness, explainability, reliability, privacy, and security of artificial intelligence models.
- Design and execute AI risk management processes, including hazard identification, impact analysis, and definition of controls.
- Define validation strategies and verification through performance metrics, robustness, generalization, stress testing, and evaluation of edge cases.
- Generate and review assurance evidence, technical documentation, and traceability of requirements.
- Oversee the application of Trustworthy AI principles: transparency, fairness, human oversight, accountability, privacy, and bias mitigation.
- Analyze complete AI pipelines from data management to deployment and monitoring in production.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, cybersecurity, systems, certification, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in audits, technical reviews, and assurance activities in critical ATM environments.
- Promote the use of observability, monitoring, and continuous evaluation tools for AI models.
- Communicate technical results and validation evidence to different national and international stakeholders.
