💻 In our position as a leading defense company, we want to strengthen our team with an Electronic Process Technician - Test Bench

Your mission will focus on managing the electronic processes involved in the manufacturing of military vehicles.

💡 What will you do?

• Modeling and documenting maintenance and integration processes for electronic subsystems.
• Applying workflows: reducing cycle times, eliminating rework, optimizing wiring/looming routes, and testing.
• Developing operating instructions, routings, and electronic bills of materials with configuration traceability.
• Defining electrical/electronic interface sequences.
• Validating functional and environmental tests.
• Establishing maintenance plans per line and vehicle variant (periodicity, critical spare parts, specialized tools).
• Defining diagnostic procedures.

✅ 5 years of experience in military vehicle electronics.

✅ Required skills: Analytical skills and proactivity.

✅ Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

✅ Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

✅ Availability to work in Gijón.

🕓 What does our selection process look like?

Profile Review 🔍: We evaluate your experience and skills to determine if you fit what we are looking for.

• First Contact (5-10 min) 📞: If you receive a call from an unknown number, it's our team! It will be a quick conversation to get to know you and answer any questions.
• Technical Interview 🤝: You will meet with the team, who will explain the project and daily tasks. We will also explore your technical knowledge. Additionally, we will conduct brief tests on psychological competencies and English (if necessary).
• HR interview where you will learn about career paths, training, and social benefits.
