Higher Level Vocational Training related to Electricity and Electronics, such as Electronic Maintenance, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Electrotechnical and Automated Systems, or similar.

Basic knowledge of machining, cutting, drilling, and adaptation of mechanical parts.
Experience in 3D design using SolidWorks or other equivalent CAD tools.
Experience in additive manufacturing and 3D printing, including preparation of models and materials.
Manual dexterity for the assembly and integration of electromechanical systems.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical manufacturing documentation. Technical English level.

As a Power Electronics Laboratory Technician, you will participate in the preparation, assembly, and execution of tests on electronic equipment and systems, collaborating with the technical team in their validation and the analysis of results. We are looking for a person with a strong practical profile, accustomed to building, modifying, and commissioning prototypes, combining knowledge of electronics, electricity, mechanical assembly, basic machining, CAD design, and 3D printing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Prepare equipment, materials, connections, and auxiliary systems for conducting tests.
Perform, review, and validate electrical and electronic assemblies following diagrams and technical documentation.
Configure and operate measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and power supplies.
Participate in validation tests and the commissioning of electronic equipment prototypes, and perform measurements, monitoring the behavior of the equipment.
Participate in the mechanical assembly of prototypes, test benches, and experimental equipment.
Design and manufacture auxiliary elements for tests, supports, enclosures, and mechanical adapters.
Perform small machining operations on aluminum, plastic, or other materials for the adaptation of equipment and experimental installations.
Design simple mechanical parts using 3D CAD tools and collaborate in their manufacture through 3D printing.
Participate in the electromechanical integration of prototypes, including wiring, assembly, and commissioning.
Record and analyze the results obtained, identifying possible incidents or deviations.
Prepare technical records and reports associated with the tests.
Review and test printed circuit boards
Collaborate in the maintenance, organization, and improvement of laboratory equipment and procedures.
Maintain the laboratory inventory and order, and support its management and operation.
Always work following established safety procedures.
The position will incorporate the following operational support and coordination functions in the laboratory and other CIRCE facilities
Receive and assist parcel, maintenance, construction, and other service providers related to laboratory activity
Ensure correct maintenance, order, and cleanliness, in coordination with the Infrastructure section
Ensure the availability and correct application of preventive measures in coordination with the Prevention section.
Ensure correct waste segregation and collection in coordination with the Quality and Sustainability section.
Report possible environmental, preventive, or maintenance, order, and cleanliness-related incidents.
Act as a preventive resource when necessary, always under the coordination of the Prevention area and after having the required training and authorization.
Perform, in coordination with Infrastructure, small maintenance and general order tasks that are technically feasible and within their training, in any CIRCE facility.
Monitor needs, process requests, and provide support in the management of purchases and suppliers linked to the laboratory
