• Consolidated experience as a Senior Business Development Manager in the Defense sector.
• Experience in the identification and capture of new business opportunities in national and international environments.
• Advanced knowledge of defense sensors and electronic intelligence.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in technologies and solutions related to defense sensors and electronic intelligence.
• Ability to coordinate activities with industrial partners, customers, and government agencies.
• Experience in negotiation, generation of strategic alliances, and market development.
• Knowledge of the Defense and Security ecosystem and of the programs associated with airborne systems.
• Excellent communication, influence, and results-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and coordinate complex initiatives.
• Professional English level for interaction with international customers and partners.

We want to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager with experience in business development within the field of airborne systems, defense, and electronic intelligence to join projects for the identification and development of new business opportunities, international expansion, and business growth of Airborne Systems in current and emerging markets.

💡 What will you do?

• Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities in the field of Airborne Systems.
• Define and execute growth strategies in current and emerging markets.
• Coordinate commercial and strategic activity with industrial partners, government agencies, and national and international customers.
• Lead the generation and maturation of opportunities, from the identification of needs to the definition of value propositions.
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with customers, public administrations, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends, operational needs, and competitor positioning to drive new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and program teams to ensure alignment between technological capabilities and commercial opportunities.
• Participate in the preparation of bids and business plans associated with strategic defense programs.
• Contribute to the company's positioning in the field of defense sensors and electronic intelligence.
