The role

A Supplier Development Engineer is sought for the industrial and manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for guaranteeing supplier quality and development, ensuring compliance with established standards.

Supervise and evaluate supplier performance to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
Identify and manage improvement opportunities in supplier processes.
Coordinate supplier audits and evaluations according to established requirements.
Develop corrective action plans in case of detected non-compliance.
Collaborate closely with the engineering and manufacturing team to align objectives and strategies.
Provide technical support to suppliers to improve their processes and capabilities.
Guarantee the implementation of quality policies and procedures in the supply chain.
Prepare periodic reports on supplier development and performance.
