As a leading company in Defense and Security, we are looking for an Infrastructure & Deployment Manager to join the CYBER MCCE SCOMCE project, taking on technical leadership of infrastructures in critical and classified military environments in Spain, the EU, and NATO.

• Design, deploy, and evolve complex ICT infrastructures (networks, security, processing, and storage) in highly demanding environments.
• Define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture, including:
  • On-premise, private, hybrid, and edge cloud infrastructure.
  • High availability, resilience, and scalability requirements.
• Ensure the correct integration of the cybersecurity architecture, applying:
  • Defense in depth
  • Zero Trust
  • Network segmentation
  • System hardening
  • Access control and monitoring
• Lead multidisciplinary internal and external teams, coordinating suppliers and technology partners.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, authorities, and national and international bodies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards: ENS, CCN-STIC, NATO, and EU standards.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and critical decisions throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.
• Participate in infrastructure planning, deployment, operation, and evolution phases.
• Availability for occasional travel, as required by the project.

You will be part of the CYBER MCCE SCOMCE project, a strategic Indra Cyber Defense initiative focused on the deployment and operation of critical and classified infrastructures for military and security environments, in cooperation with national, European, and NATO bodies.

This is a project with extremely high operational impact, where resilience, security, and technical governance are key.

✅ Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems, Industrial, or similar).
✅ Solid experience in ICT infrastructures in critical, regulated, or classified environments.
✅ Advanced knowledge of secure architecture and cybersecurity applied to infrastructures.
✅ Experience in technical leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Ability to manage environments with high operational and security requirements.

• VMware, Red Hat, and Cisco architectures.
• Infrastructure and hybrid cloud.
• Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
• Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE2.

En nuestro posicionamiento como compañía líder en Defensa y Seguridad, buscamos incorporar un/a Infrastructure & Deployment Manager / Responsable de Despliegue de Infraestructuras, para participar en el proyecto CYBER MCCE SCOMCE, asumiendo el liderazgo técnico de infraestructuras en entornos militares críticos y clasificados en España, UE y OTAN.

• Diseñar, desplegar y evolucionar infraestructuras TIC complejas (redes, seguridad, procesamiento y almacenamiento) en entornos de alta exigencia.
• Definir y gobernar la arquitectura técnica end‑to‑end, incluyendo:
  • Infraestructura on‑premise, cloud privada, híbrida y edge.
  • Requisitos de alta disponibilidad, resiliencia y escalabilidad.
• Asegurar la correcta integración de la arquitectura de ciberseguridad, aplicando:
  • Defensa en profundidad
  • Zero Trust
  • Segmentación de red
  • Hardening de sistemas
  • Control de accesos y monitorización
• Liderar equipos multidisciplinares internos y externos, coordinando proveedores y socios tecnológicos.
• Actuar como interlocutor técnico principal frente a clientes, autoridades y organismos nacionales e internacionales.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares: ENS, CCN‑STIC, estándares OTAN y de la UE.
• Gestionar riesgos técnicos, dependencias y decisiones críticas durante todo el ciclo de vida del sistema.
• Participar en fases de planificación, despliegue, operación y evolución de las infraestructuras.
• Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente, según necesidades del proyecto.

✅ Titulación en Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Industrial o similar).
✅ Experiencia sólida en infraestructuras TIC en entornos críticos, regulados o clasificados.
✅ Conocimientos avanzados en arquitectura segura y ciberseguridad aplicada a infraestructuras.
✅ Experiencia en liderazgo técnico y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
✅ Capacidad para gestionar entornos con altos requisitos operativos y de seguridad.

• Arquitecturas VMware, Red Hat, Cisco.
• Infraestructura y cloud híbrida.
