IT Infrastructure and Cloud Transformation Manager

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure and Cloud Transformation Manager to lead the modernization of the company's technological infrastructure, driving the migration to a hybrid environment based on Microsoft Azure and optimizing corporate Microsoft 365 services.

• Lead the evolution and modernization of the corporate technological infrastructure.
• Administer and supervise Microsoft environments based on Active Directory, Windows servers, and on-premise data centers.
• Manage backups, certificates, and service continuity plans.
• Coordinate and manage external technological providers.
• Define and execute the migration strategy to Microsoft Azure.
• Drive the transition from on-premise environments to a hybrid/cloud model.
• Actively participate in the organization's technological roadmap.
• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Define and improve the digital workplace for users.
• Integrate currently unconnected Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Lead digital identity projects through the integration of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Implement security solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
• Coordinate integration with already implemented security solutions.
• Supervise the management of corporate devices and endpoints.
• Provide occasional support to users when necessary.

• Solid experience managing IT infrastructures in Microsoft environments.
• Professional background evolving from technical support or systems positions to infrastructure management roles.
• Experience participating in digital transformation, technological modernization, or cloud migration projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (administration and governance).
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid environments (AD + Azure Entra ID).
• Knowledge of Windows servers, data centers, backups, and certificate management.
• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Azure and cloud services.
• Knowledge in networking and security solutions (highly valuable experience with F5).
• Experience managing technological providers.
