Requirements

The role

We are selecting an Infrastructure & Communications Support Lead (H/M/X) for a major company located in Madrid, with a hybrid work model (50% remote work).

What you'll do

  • Act as a technical reference for complex infrastructure, network, communications, and cloud incidents (Level 2 with regular interaction with Level 3).
  • Coordinate and supervise support providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and ITIL procedures.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and follow up on critical incidents until their resolution.
  • Collaborate with Architecture in the definition of technical solutions and impact analysis.
  • Participate in the technical validation of new services before they move to operations.
  • Identify recurring problems and propose improvements in processes, support, and infrastructure.
  • Supervise the infrastructure and communications inventory (switches, routers, cabling, etc.).
  • Coordinate changes in the infrastructure and ensure their correct implementation.
  • Ensure the quality of technical documentation and the transfer of knowledge between teams and providers.
