Cloud Network Technician

We are looking to hire a Cloud Network Technician to join our cloud infrastructure team. Your main mission will be to design, implement, maintain, and optimize network connectivity and security in our cloud environments, guaranteeing high availability, performance, and the security of our applications. The primary focus of the position will be on Microsoft Azure, although we will very positively value experience or knowledge in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to collaborate in a multi-cloud environment.

• Administer and govern network resources in cloud environments.
• Manage the demand for new resources and changes to existing configurations.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, guaranteeing the performance and security of cloud environments.
• Supervise and execute internal projects related to cloud infrastructures and communications.
• Keep the network addressing inventory updated using IPAM tools.
• Design and optimize hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity architectures.

• Technical Engineering or equivalent training in technological environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud network administration and management.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, NAT, RFC1918, and load balancers.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure network services: VNET, NSG, NAT Gateway, Bastion, Firewall, vWAN, ExpressRoute, and Hybrid Gateways.
• Knowledge of GCP network services: VPC, NCC, Load Balancing, NGFW, Interconnect, and VPN Site-to-Site.
• Experience working with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, ARM, PowerShell, or CloudShell.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
• Experience with technical design and documentation tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Scalidraw, as well as Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum English level B2.

• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-700).
• Google Cloud certifications (Cloud Engineer or Cloud Network Engineer).
• Cisco certifications (CCENT or CCNA).
• Communication skills, customer orientation, and experience in project management.
