What you'll do

Specialized legal advice regarding public procurement and the application of INECO's internal Instructions, guaranteeing the correct configuration and execution of procurement procedures.

This role combines functions of regulatory analysis, risk management, process design and continuous improvement, training, and advice regarding public procurement, contributing to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

1. Legal advice and contractual interpretation through the issuance of legal reports in the field of public procurement.

2. Preparation of informative notes and analysis of inquiries formulated by the various procurement units.

3. Design of processes and procedures, preparing functional documentation, user manuals, process guides, flows, etc. related to public procurement, promoting strategic procurement and administrative simplification.

4. Providing training in the field of public procurement.
