Between 2 and 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay projects.
Participation in at least 2 end-to-end projects of Compensation and/or Variable Pay implementation.
Knowledge of integration with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or Variable Pay certification (valued).
Knowledge of Performance & Goals module implementation

The role

You will participate in the implementation, configuration, and evolution of the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, ensuring that fixed and variable compensation processes adapt to the client's needs and their remuneration policies.

What you'll do

Lead requirement-gathering workshops, functional analysis, and design sessions for Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
Configure salary review plans, bonuses, and variable incentives.
Define eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and approval processes.
Configure and integrate the solution with Employee Central and Performance & Goals.
Perform functional testing, user support, and go-live assistance.
Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
Participate in workshops with clients and requirement-gathering sessions.
Analyze new SuccessFactors functionalities and propose continuous improvements.
Lead implementations at client sites as an expert consultant within the team
Lead a team of junior consultants to train them and help them grow within INETUM
