What we're looking for

What do you have to offer?

Experience with Nordics Payroll at least 5 years
Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Professional proficiency in English

At SD Worx, we're expanding our SAP practice and are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / ECP Consultant - Nordics Payroll to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience or a strong interest in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) on S/4HANA, and Nordics/Finnish Payroll processes and legislation.

What you'll do

As part of our team, you will work with international clients, helping them optimize and transform their HR and payroll processes through SAP solutions.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants and participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
