We are looking for a Management technical profile with a High level of English.
A Vulnerability Management and Remediation Coordination Specialist with experience in the identification, analysis, and monitoring of security vulnerabilities in corporate environments. They will be responsible for reviewing detected vulnerabilities, evaluating required corrective actions, and coordinating with technology providers the application of the corresponding patches and mitigation measures.
The professional must act as a liaison between security, operations teams, and external providers, managing the necessary interventions to minimize risks and guarantee service continuity. Likewise, they will have to coordinate maintenance windows when operational impacts exist, ensuring correct planning and communication with the involved areas.
A methodical, proactive, and detail-oriented person is required, with the capacity to perform integral monitoring of the remediation process.
Some of the tasks they will perform include:
- Analysis of the vulnerabilities detected in the portal, determining the necessary corrections and the involved provider, and dealing with them regarding the corrections to be applied (normally they will be applied previously in a testing environment).
- Determining Possible Impact and/or whether it is necessary to perform a system shutdown, coordinating intervention windows with the managers of said systems/services, ensuring snapshots of the virtual machines in order to revert
- Providing support to the provider during the application of corrections in the production environment.
