Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in privileged access management, with at least 2 years of specific experience in CyberArk PAM projects (implementation, administration, or support).
Advanced knowledge of CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM) and its architecture, including high availability and disaster recovery.
Experience in onboarding privileged accounts, definition of policies, and credential management plugins.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, Active Directory, networks, and databases.
Knowledge of the main authentication and authorization mechanisms (SAML, OIDC, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, Kerberos, MFA).
At least one of the following CyberArk certifications, currently valid: CyberArk Defender (PAM), CyberArk Sentry (PAM) or CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE).

We are looking for a CyberArk technician to join our Cybersecurity team.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

Installation, implementation, and configuration of the CyberArk PAM platform (Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PTA), and other components such as Secrets Management or Endpoint Privilege Manager.
Onboarding of privileged accounts: service accounts, local and domain administrators, databases, operating systems, network equipment, and applications.
Definition and management of Safes, access policies, roles, and permissions on privileged accounts.
Configuration of automatic credential rotation, recording, and auditing of privileged sessions.
Integration of CyberArk with other solutions: directories (Active Directory, LDAP), SIEM, ticketing tools, and IAM/IGA platforms.
Support in regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, ENS, SOX, NIS2) through the control and traceability of privileged access.
Incident resolution, technical support, maintenance, updates, and migrations of the PAM environment.
Technical documentation and reporting on project status and risks, applying standards and best practices.
