SAP Delivery Manager

Functions:

Manage the management of incidents, improvements, and problems.

Manage the management of availability, service level management, and the service catalog.

Manage the management of changes, knowledge management, and configuration management.

Supervise and manage Helpdesk activities, guaranteeing efficiency and SLA compliance.

Lead weekly and monthly meetings with clients to present SLAs and KPIs, and to demonstrate the added value of teamwork.

Set clear expectations and guide team members through effective communication.

Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Automate IT and business processes to increase efficiency.

Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery and take proactive measures to maintain a high-quality service.

Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum required knowledge and experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations and lead teams effectively.

8 years of work experience

Experience leading service delivery meetings and presenting technical KPIs to clients.

Experience in customer service management working on logistics and warehouse solutions.

Experience in service delivery with ITIL processes and methodologies.
