We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Lead to lead our Cards Growth & Partnerships team within the Payments Tribe in Spain. The team's mission is to turn Cards into a sustainable growth and income engine for ING Spain, driving customer acquisition, activation, usage and engagement, developing distinctive propositions and building strategic partnerships. We work end-to-end, customer-focused and data-driven, bringing together Business, Tech, Ops and other key stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic person to lead our Cards Growth & Partnerships team within the Payments Tribe in Spain. The team's mission is to turn Cards into a sustainable engine of growth and revenue for ING Spain, driving customer acquisition, activation, usage and engagement, developing distinctive value propositions and building strategic alliances. We work in an end-to-end, customer-centric and data-driven manner, bringing together Business, Tech, Ops and other key stakeholders to generate measurable results for both customers and the business.

As Business Lead for Cards Growth & Partnerships, you will:

* Own the Cards growth strategy, commercial performance and roadmap.

* Drive acquisition, activation, usage, engagement and retention across debit and credit cards.

* Lead the development of distinctive Cards propositions and new growth opportunities.

* Build and manage strategic partnerships with schemes, processors, wallets, merchants and fintechs.

* Drive a data-led commercial approach, managing funnels, customer value and Cards economics.

* Prioritise the Cards growth portfolio and make customer, commercial and capacity trade-offs.

* Lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders across ING and external partners.

* Ensure strong risk management, execution and benefits realisation.

* Contribute to the overall Payments strategy, scorecard and One Payments ambition.

As Business Lead for Cards Growth & Partnerships, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Cards growth strategy, its commercial performance and its roadmap.
• Driving acquisition, activation, usage, engagement and retention across debit and credit cards.
• Leading the development of distinctive value propositions for Cards and new growth opportunities.
• Developing and managing strategic alliances with payment schemes, processors, wallets, merchants and fintechs.
• Driving a data-led commercial approach, managing funnels, customer value and Cards economics.
• Prioritising the Cards growth portfolio and making decisions balancing customer, business and capacity criteria.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders within ING and among external partners.
• Ensuring strong risk management, execution and benefits realisation.
• Contributing to the global Payments strategy, the scorecard and the One Payments ambition.
