Proven track record and technical skills:

• Bachelor´s Degree2-3 years' professional experience, international environment experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Proficient English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work in an international environment.

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Executive Assistants Team at ING Bank.

You will be part of an expert, collaborative team delivering high‑quality support and solutions across a variety of needs, including:

· Advanced calendar management

· Scheduling complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders, time zones, and seniority levels

· Coordination and support for internal events, workshops, townhalls, and offsites

· Providing support during peak workload periods or critical business milestones

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact initiatives in a dynamic environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

· Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

· Proactively manage and maintain the agendas of management team members, including scheduling meetings and conference calls

· Organize and coordinate meetings and internal events, ensuring all required materials, logistics, and catering arrangements are in place

· Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support

· Deliver ad‑hoc support for major projects and initiatives as required

· Liaise with Executive Assistants and PAs at international level to ensure alignment and delivery of shared commitments
