•3-6 years of experience in client taxation, tax operations, tax reporting, or investment services within the banking sector.

•Knowledge of investment-client taxation and tax reporting obligations.

•Understanding of CRS, FATCA, W-8/W-9 documentation, Withholding Tax, and Double Tax Relief concepts.

•Experience working with operational processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify inconsistencies.

•Experience using data analysis and reporting tools.

•Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

•Continuous improvement mindset and interest in automation and AI-enabled solutions.

•Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Tax Services Specialist to join our Client Tax Services Team of Financial Crime Prevention

The responsibility of this team isto execute end-to-end client tax processes across onboarding, in-life management and tax reporting activities.

As a Client Tax Services Specialist you will:

-.Support the execution of end-to-end client tax processes across onboarding, in-life management, and tax reporting activities.

- Maintain and validate client tax information, including tax residency, CRS/FATCA classifications, W-8/W-9 documentation, and withholding tax attributes.

- Perform tax operational controls and ensure data quality across systems and reporting processes.

- Contribute to the preparation, validation, and submission of tax reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities.

- Investigate and resolve tax-related incidents, client queries, exceptions, and data discrepancies.

- Support compliance with local and international tax regulations, including CRS, FATCA, Withholding Tax (WHT), and Double Tax Relief requirements.

- Collaborate with KYC, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and the business to ensure tax requirements are correctly implemented.

- Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing activities by providing evidence and documentation.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and enhance data quality.

- Support technology implementations, process redesign initiatives, and tax-related change projects.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of procedures, controls, and operating documentation.

- Monitor operational KPIs and raise risks, issues, and improvement opportunities proactively.
