Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join the People & Culture team at our production plant in Segorbe.

To serve as the Human Resources reference at the Segorbe plant, supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day activities and ensuring that the main people management processes are carried out in a close, rigorous manner aligned with the company's values.

The position will carry significant weight in labor relations, as well as in the deployment of recruitment, development, and people management processes in an industrial environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have a generalist view of Human Resources within the plant, working closely with people and business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the Human Resources reference at the plant, supporting area managers and teams in daily people management.
