What we're looking for

Training in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

The role

Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Subcontracting Technician to join its production plant in Ortuella.

Working within Ingeteam Converters, the role will involve ensuring the coordination and supervision of subcontractors' work, monitoring progress and providing solutions to any issues that may arise, in order to guarantee compliance with the stipulated deadlines in terms of quality, cost and time.

What you'll do

Functions:

Take part in the subcontractor approval process.
Ensure that the subcontracted party has the necessary resources, means, and training for the operations/processes it must carry out for the company.
Participate in accompanying clients to subcontractors when required.
Collaborate with the team to carry out improvement actions that optimize team performance.
