The role

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the correct planning, selection, coordination, and supervision of subcontracted companies, ensuring compliance with the quality standards, deadlines, and technical requirements established by the organization. Optimize external resources to ensure operational efficiency and final customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

Select and evaluate subcontracted companies according to technical, economic, and regulatory compliance criteria.
Coordinate and plan the activities of subcontractors according to ongoing projects.
Supervise performance, quality of work, and compliance with deadlines.
Verify the legal, technical, and occupational risk prevention documentation of each subcontractor.
Resolve operational incidents and act as a liaison between the company and external providers.
Prepare periodic reports on progress, performance, and detected deviations.
Control costs associated with subcontracting and propose improvements.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and sector regulations.
