Mission:
Lead operations globally alongside the Operations Director, and you will be responsible for technical operations, guaranteeing maximum quality and efficiency and the best product conditions at the hardware and IoT levels. You will act as the link between IT and the Operations team, helping to define and monitor requested technological requirements. You will provide support to the Operations team in technical areas.
● Support for cities in technical or technological areas (Tools, Backoffice)
● Work together with the Operations Director to define the strategy for technological developments and evolutions.
● Optimize global processes with the objective of making City Managers' and Supervisors' tasks more efficient.
● KPI control and reporting to improve operational ratios between cities.
● Lead and manage cross-functional projects, working with product and technology.
● Manage IoT stocks.
● Repair IoTs.
● Develop new Software functionalities.
● Improve current processes.
● Correct/Improve sensor sensitivity (owner).
● Develop new Hardware functionalities for the S02-V20 and New S02 vehicles.
● Locate vehicle weak points to correct them.
● Manage tests on vehicles for all IT developments.
Connection with the personnel in charge of performing the above functions.
Technical Operations Management:
● Advisory and support to all CMs regarding the technical Operational part.
● Interlocutor between IT and Operations for technical matters.
● Manage new OPS developments from the operational side. (drawing flowcharts, pros, cons, etc.).
● Perform audits on the technical operations of the cities.
● Develop and collaborate on the new OPS APP. (POC to report incidents to IT)
● Lead the continuous improvement of the BackOffice.(Propose and draw new improvements and justify them)
● Manage BackOffice access for OPS personnel.
● Advise all departments regarding the BackOffice.
