Experience

As Configuration and Value-Added Services Lead, you will lead the technical operations of the configuration laboratory, ensuring the correct execution of integration, customization, and equipment preparation projects for our customers.

You will be responsible for guaranteeing compliance with service levels, the quality of the configurations performed, the optimization of operational processes, and the development of new technical capabilities that allow us to expand our service offering.

You will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery aligned with our customers' needs.

Operational management and improvement:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives within the laboratory.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize operations.
• Implement Lean methodologies and continuous improvement supported by data.
• Standardize processes to guarantee the application of robust and auditable quality controls across all laboratory processes, as well as their consistency and scalability.
• Define quality metrics and develop preventive mechanisms to reduce incidents, and analyze operational indicators to establish action plans oriented toward performance improvement.
• Manage the productive capacity of the laboratory, ensuring an efficient balance between resources, operating costs, and service levels.
• Participate in the definition of budgets, investments, and the department's technological needs.
• Promote a culture oriented toward technological innovation and permanent improvement, and identify opportunities for automation and technical process optimization.
• Collaborate in the maintenance and evolution of the ISO 9001 quality management system.

Data Analysis and Operational Visibility

• Design and maintain databases for the management and exploitation of operational data.
