Service Delivery Intern - Clean Energy Software

Flexidao is a clean energy portfolio management platform designed for corporate energy and sustainability teams managing complex clean energy portfolios. Our software-as-a-service solution aggregates and standardizes volume and contract data on electricity consumption, production, and energy attribute certificates by integrating with data hubs, registries, and third-party providers.

Flexidao is headquartered in Amsterdam and Barcelona, but it has operations globally. Its broad geographical reach enables a complete view of an organization's portfolio of clean energy contracts, equipping teams with tools for digitizing and automating crucial workflows, monitoring operational and compliance risks, and evaluating advanced procurement strategies.

Our mission is to improve the return on investment of clean energy procurement, significantly reduce manual workload, enhance internal oversight and strategic insight, and ensure timely and confident reporting to stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a 👉Service Delivery Intern to support with the planning, technical implementation, delivery and support of Flexidao's Software-as-a-Service solution.

We're looking for a motivated Service Delivery Intern to provide support in delivering top-notch customer experience by assisting with service implementation and customer deliverables. You will be joining the Product and Customer Success team, working hand in hand with Product Owners, Customer Success Managers and Software Engineers.

As a Service Delivery Intern you will support service-related processes, gain hands-on experience in clean energy SaaS delivery, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

🎯 Your Challenge

• Assist in supporting project deliverables to meet agreed customer requirements and quality/business targets.
• Support daily project-related activities, including software configuration, maintenance of project plans, and coordination across internal teams.
• Help track project deliverables and monitor compliance with contract requirements.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and tracking project risks and business outcomes.
• Help establish and maintain project reporting by setting up regular internal and external team meetings, capturing minutes, tracking agreed actions, and updating teams.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Provide support in other internal tasks such as reporting, internal documentation, and workshops.

😍 Must-haves

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.S., M.S.) in Energy Markets, Engineering, Sustainability, or a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of or strong interest in Project Management principles.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Customer-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Fluent in other European languages (Spanish, German, French, Dutch, etc.).
• Academic focus or coursework related to renewable energy.
