- Education and Experience:

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking for a Senior Control and Automation Engineer to join an important project in the energy sector, related to photovoltaic plants, BESS energy storage systems and hybrid installations.
We are looking for a profile especially oriented towards the control and automation of generation and storage plants, with experience in EMS, PPC, SCADA, PLC, BMS and integration with PCS, as well as in the definition of control modes for stand-alone BESS assets and photovoltaic + storage hybrid systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and review the Control and Instrumentation engineering associated with BESS, photovoltaic plants and hybrid installations projects.
- Define the philosophies, specifications and technical requirements of the control systems of the installations.
- Participate in the definition and integration of EMS (Energy Management System) systems for the management and optimization of energy assets.
- Participate in the definition and integration of PPC (Power Plant Controller) for the control of photovoltaic plants, BESS and hybrid systems.
- Define and validate the control modes of stand-alone energy storage assets and PV + BESS hybrid installations.
- Coordinate the integration between EMS, PPC, SCADA, PLC, BMS and PCS, ensuring correct communication between the different control systems.
- Participate in the integration of auxiliary systems common in energy installations, including CCTV, video surveillance and other supervision systems.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, data sheets, instrument lists, signal lists, diagrams and I&C technical documentation.
- Review the technical documentation of equipment, manufacturers and suppliers.
