Job Offer: Site Manager - Wind Farm Construction

At Grupo INVOIN, we are looking to hire a Site Manager specialized in Wind Farms to participate in the supervision of construction and commissioning projects for wind installations, including their civil and electrical infrastructures (BoP - Balance of Plant).

We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience in wind farm construction, capable of supervising works on-site, coordinating contractors, and monitoring project planning, quality, and progress.

• Supervise the construction and commissioning of wind farms, performing technical monitoring of the works.
• Supervise civil and electrical infrastructures (BoP), including foundations, roads, platforms, drainage, medium voltage underground networks, fiber optics, and auxiliary installations.
• Control the planning and progress of the works, verifying compliance with established milestones and deadlines.
• Perform contractor monitoring, supervising the execution and coordination of the works.
• Supervise the quality of execution and the arrival of equipment, identifying possible incidents during construction.
• Identify and monitor technical risks that may affect the development of the project.
• Support the verification of payment milestones and the contractual monitoring of the executed works.
• Prepare weekly monitoring reports and participate in coordination meetings with clients and contractors.

• Education and Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in wind farm construction supervision.
  • Experience in contractor monitoring, planning, quality control, and reporting of wind projects.
  • Knowledge of civil works, electrical installations, and commissioning of wind farms.
• Skills and Technical Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of BoP civil and electrical infrastructures associated with wind farms.
  • Ability to perform technical monitoring of works, controlling planning, quality, and progress of the works.
• We will especially value:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Owner's Engineer in wind projects.
• Personal competencies:
  • Organizational capacity, contractor coordination, and technical communication with the different project stakeholders.
