At Nunsys Group we are looking to bring in a Service Manager for a strategic project in Public Administration, where you will lead teams and ensure excellence in the delivery of technology services.

THE PROJECT
You will join as the person responsible for services for one of our clients in the Public Administration sector, leading IT service operations and associated projects. This is a key position with direct client contact, where you will combine:
- Service management (SLAs, incidents, operations).
- Project management.
- Budget control.
- Relationship development and new opportunities.
A role with a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and visibility, ideal for professionals with a comprehensive service-oriented profile.
Service management
- Oversee compliance with SLAs (response times, availability, resolution).
- Coordinate teams and resources (shifts, vacations, coverage).
- Act as the escalation point for critical incidents.
- Lead operational and follow-up committees with the client.
Project management
- Plan milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and define contingency plans.
- Control project scope.
- Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
Economic management
- Control budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Monitor effort deviations.
- Manage invoicing and monthly closings.
- Prepare financial forecasts.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service and/or project management.
- Knowledge of:
- Systems and communications.
- Service and project management.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to work with clients and manage teams.
