The role

Are you interested in participating in key projects within the healthcare sector and contributing to improving electromedicine management?

At Nunsys Group, we are looking for a Bidding Technician specialized in electromedicine services and equipment, a strategic position focused on preparing and presenting bids in the public sector, combining managed services and medical products.

You will join a team specialized in electromedicine projects, actively participating in public procurement processes focused on managed services and medical equipment supply. This is a hybrid position between general services and medical products, where your technical knowledge and ability to structure bids will be key to the success of the projects.

What you'll do

Preparation of technical and administrative bids for public tenders.
Analysis of specifications and requirements in electromedicine projects.
Coordination with technical and commercial teams to define service and product solutions.
Drafting of technical documentation (reports, service plans, value propositions, etc.).
Use of office tools and AI to optimize bid preparation.
Monitoring of bidding processes and compliance with deadlines.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous experience in electromedicine services.
Experience in public tenders.
Proficiency in office tools:
Word
Excel
PowerPoint
AI tools applied to documentation or productivity
Analytical skills, organization, and technical writing abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

ESPECIALLY VALUED

Combined experience in managed services and medical equipment supply.
Knowledge of the public healthcare environment.
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
