Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 4 years of experience as a DevOps or in similar roles
Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab (preferred), Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with Docker and deployments on Kubernetes/OpenShift, including configuration management, secrets, and tools such as Helm or Kustomize.
Experience in software testing and quality (unit testing, integration, SonarQube, or similar).

Nice to have

Use of artifact repositories such as Nexus, Artifactory, or Container Registry.
Solid knowledge of Git (branching, code reviews, and merge/pull requests).
Security concepts applied to development: OWASP Top 10, secrets management, and CI scanning.
Knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
Basic administration of Linux systems (preferred) and Windows, along with Bash or PowerShell scripting.
Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
Blue/Green and Canary deployment strategies.
Experience in GitOps (ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
Migration of pipelines between platforms (for example, Jenkins to GitLab).
Specific experience in OpenShift.
GitLab or Kubernetes certifications.
