Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience leading large and complex contact center / CCaaS programs, from mobilization to deployment and transition to operations.
Experience leading Genesys Cloud CX migrations or deployments (highly valued from Genesys Engage, PureConnect, or other enterprise platforms).
Solid knowledge of contact center capabilities: telephony, IVR, omnichannel and skill-based routing, queues, recording, quality, WEM, analytics, and digital channels.
Experience in integrations with CRM (Salesforce Service), case management, identity, data, and reporting.
Management of complex roadmaps in international and multicultural environments (multiple countries, sites, or business units).
Comprehensive program management: planning, governance, budget, RAID, resources, vendors, and quality.
Experience in business readiness, change management, cutover, hypercare, and handover to operations.
Liaising with business and technology executives.

Nice to have

Valuable: Genesys Cloud CX certification; experience with AI in contact centers (virtual agents, agent assistance, interaction analytics, automated quality); insurance, assistance, or financial sectors; PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile certifications; and design of contact center operating models.

Languages

High level of English (minimum B1+).
