Ensure the correct execution, monitoring, and documentation of all activities related to the maintenance and operation of stores, offices, and support centers within their region.

The Facility Manager - Specialist acts as the operational link between the stores and service providers, guaranteeing that incidents are managed efficiently, within the deadlines and standards defined by the company.

• Receive, register, and follow up on incidents reported by stores or offices in the corporate system (CMMS / GMAO).
• Coordinate interventions with maintenance providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels (SLA).
• Supervise the correct closure of work orders, validating the quality of service and associated documentation.
• Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor the operational status of critical facilities (HVAC, lighting, security, electricity, etc.).

• Support the review and validation of budgets, invoices, and purchase orders related to maintenance.
• Keep the database of assets, contracts, and technical documentation up to date.
• Generate operational reports and key performance indicators (KPI).

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards during maintenance interventions.
• Collaborate in the implementation of sustainability policies and environmental best practices.
• Participate in technical or safety audits when required.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, ideally in retail, hospitality, or corporate environments.
• Complementary training in facility management or maintenance (desirable).
• Advanced level of English
• Experience coordinating providers and following up on technical incidents.
• Contract formalization and negotiation.
• Familiarity with maintenance management tools (CMMS / GMAO).
• Intermediate English (desirable).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems.
• Key competencies: organization and attention to detail, planning and prioritization, effective communication and service orientation, problem-solving, teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility.
