At DSV Road, we want to bring a Facility Specialist into our offices in Madrid or Rubí (Barcelona). Their main mission will be the integral management of assigned facilities, ensuring operational continuity through adequate maintenance planning, technical project management, and supplier coordination.
What you'll do
Tasks:
- Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
- Coordinate integral maintenance, electricity, HVAC, fire protection, security, cleaning, and construction suppliers.
- Supervise compliance with maintenance contracts and service levels (SLAs).
- Manage technical incidents, guaranteeing rapid resolution and minimizing impact on operations.
- Lead facility adaptation, renovation, and improvement projects, including the coordination of external companies and technical and economic monitoring.
- Lead energy efficiency and sustainability projects, resource optimization, decarbonization, and improvement of the environmental performance of the centers.
- Participate in the opening, adaptation, and closing of facilities.
- Manage purchasing processes and negotiation with suppliers for services, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, industrial maintenance, fire protection, technical installations, and the environment.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to identify needs and prioritize actions.
