Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
Collection and analysis of business requirements from marketing and product areas.
Translation of functional needs into technical designs and developments in Marketing Cloud.
Automation of campaigns and processes.
Advanced data management and segmentation.
Development of integrations via APIs.
Collaboration in the design and execution of omnichannel customer journeys
Functional knowledge of the full marketing campaign lifecycle.
Experience with:
Contact Builder
Mobile Studio
Personalization
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales/Service Cloud, CRM, etc.).
