Requirements

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of fine-tuning and evaluation of language models.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially:
Azure AI Foundry.
Azure OpenAI.
Azure AI Search.
Proficiency in Python as the primary language.
Experience with frameworks and technologies such as PyTorch, Hugging Face / Transformers, and Agent Framework.
Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

Additional knowledge of C#/.NET, Java, or JavaScript will be valued.

Salary: Up to €45,000 gross per year, depending on experience and technical knowledge.

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer or Architect specializing in LLMs to participate in the design, development, and implementation of advanced generative AI solutions.

The selected person will work on building intelligent agents, conversational systems, and solutions based on language models, participating in the entire development lifecycle, from architecture definition to production deployment, primarily within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

What you'll do

Design and implement conversational agents and agentic systems based on LLMs, integrating tools, MCPs, and external systems.
Develop and implement RAG solutions to improve the relevance, accuracy, and quality of responses.
Define AI architectures on Microsoft Azure, selecting the most suitable services, resources, and integration patterns.
Work with language models such as GPT, Claude, and LLaMA.
Design and optimize prompts, as well as participate in fine-tuning processes and model evaluation.
Manage the complete development cycle: data preparation and preprocessing, development, integration, deployment, and production.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify AI application opportunities and convert them into functional solutions.

How you'll work

Preferred location: Madrid.
Hybrid modality, with the possibility of considering remote candidates.
Maximum salary: €45,000 gross per year, adjustable according to experience, technical knowledge, and personal competencies.

Additional requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or NLP projects.
High English level (C1 or higher).
Analytical skills, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
