Requirements

What we're looking for

Required experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, NDTs, CMM...), as well as data analysis capacity and coordination and communication skills.

- Product Lifecycle Management software (PLM, preferably Teamcenter) and SAP.

- 3D modeling of parts and drafting (CAD, preferably Siemens NX). Languages: Advanced level of English

Nice to have

- Proactivity, teamwork capacity, ability to learn and adapt.

- You like working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

- You are motivated by continuous learning and improvement.

- You will enjoy getting to know the entire production process firsthand.

Education & certifications

Education: Master's/Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.

The role

At ITP Aero, we are looking for professionals to expand our manufacturing process engineering team for aeronautical components, in the IBRs Manufacturing Engineering Department at our Zamudio Technology Park plant.

What you'll do

* Production support and continuous process improvement.

* Define and implement the improvements necessary to industrialize products: reduction of unit cost and non-quality costs.

* Improvement of component manufacturing processes:

- Generate solid models for the different process phases.

- Generate work instructions and guides for the execution of new processes.
