The role

We are looking for a Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager for our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) business line embedded within our Amazon dedicated account team.

The Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of office moves - from planning through execution to post-move review - coordinating employee relocations within and between buildings with multiple stakeholders. The role combines end-to-end project management, data management, and auditing across the MAC service line, including accurate employee location data and timely floor plan updates. Fast-paced and high-volume, the position typically carries 5-15 concurrent projects ranging from small team moves to full building restacks.

The role reports to MAC Operations Manager and sits within the Operational Readiness team, which integrates two workstreams: MAC (moves and space reconfigurations) and Launch (new or expanded workplace activation). Primary focus is MAC, with exposure to Launch as the portfolio grows. Day-to-day coordination spans the program team, Occupancy Planning, local FM, IT, Security, and Space Data Management. Responsibilities cover the assigned country and area but may extend to regional EMEA support, with occasional travel required.

What you'll do

  • Plan and coordinate employee moves of varying scope and complexity using a phased delivery framework.
  • Prepare communication plans and locker strategies in cooperation with relevant teams.
  • Plan and allocate resources with local facility management teams and move vendors.
  • Conduct site inspections and inventory to ensure all assets are accounted for, packed, and labeled.
  • Engage business representatives to understand workstation setup and team requirements.
  • Coordinate move vendor deliveries, resolving issues in real time for a flawless Day 1 experience.
  • Keep management and stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships and project budgets - quotes, invoice reviews, and spend tracking.
  • Distribute post-move surveys, document lessons learned, and close project records within defined timelines.
  • undefined
  • Audit and ensure employee location data accuracy on Space & Occupancy platform, per KPIs.
  • Perform timely floor plan audits and updates.
  • Manage locker asset inventories - capacity, assignments, and clear-outs during moves.
  • Handle MAC trouble tickets promptly per SLAs.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners for smooth project delivery, including:

  • Local Facility Management teams - move support, floor plans, locker management.
  • IT Services - device provisioning, network readiness, workstation and AV/VC setup.
  • Corporate Security - building access, badges, restricted spaces.
  • HR/People teams - employee location updates.
  • Occupancy Planning - seating strategy, neighborhood assignments, space allocation.
  • Space Data Management - data management support and troubleshooting.
  • Workplace Communications - move related communication.
  • Design & Construction - moves tied to launches or expansions.
  • Move vendors - physical logistics before and during moves.

The role rewards initiative - you'll have the autonomy to find smarter ways to deliver.
