WHAT THE INTERNSHIP INVOLVES

You will actively support all tasks or activities related to the Recruitment Department in an international context:

  • Support and collaboration in the entire recruitment process (posting job offers; screening applications; telephone interviews; scheduling interviews, reviewing documentation) ensuring that JYSK requirements are met
  • Support in the creation of content and materials for Employer Branding activities
  • Collaboration in department projects and participation in Employer Branding and Recruitment events
  • Use of our ATS and other recruitment sites

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

We are looking for a responsible, resourceful person with strong teamwork skills and great attention to detail, who is motivated and eager to learn, has a positive attitude and good communication skills, and who:

  • Currently pursuing a University Degree, a Post-Graduate, or a Master's in Human Resources or similar.
  • Is able to sign an internship agreement.
  • Immediate availability.
  • We value at least a B2 level of English.
  • Has a driver's license and their own vehicle to commute to our offices in Cheste, 25 minutes from Valencia.
  • Is willing to ensure a high level of service for both internal and external clients, as well as confidentiality and ethical commitment.
