🚚 Transport and Operations Management

🚛 Lead national and international transport operations for stores, online customers, and B2B business.
🤝 Guarantee the availability of transport capacity and effective collaboration with carriers and providers.
🌍 Supervise import, export, and customs management processes.
⚡ Resolve operational incidents to ensure service continuity.
📈 Drive continuous improvements in processes, quality, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

💰 Cost Management

📊 Responsible for the control and optimization of distribution, transport, customs, and pallet costs.
💡 Identify savings and efficiency opportunities, while maintaining high service levels.
🤝 Participate in tenders and negotiations with transport providers.

🏢 Stakeholder Relations

🗣️ Maintain close communication with Retail, Customer Service, B2B, and other key departments.
🔄 Coordinate logistical solutions that improve the experience for customers and stores.
🔍 Act as a transport market expert to identify new opportunities and trends.

📋 Analysis and Reporting

📉 Analyze key distribution and transport KPIs.
📝 Prepare reports and ensure the maintenance of updated operating procedures.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards by carriers.

👥 Team Leadership

🌟 Manage, develop, and motivate the transport specialists team.
🎯 Define priorities, coordinate tasks, and foster a high-performance environment.
🚀 Lead onboarding, development, and talent evaluation processes.

How you'll work

Availability for occasional travel (approximately 20 days per year).
